Senior leadership are disconnected from their employees and convinced that only they know what’s best for the team and customers Slow decision making and poor communication from the top Senior management look after their mates and family members first Pay is incredibly low and senior management will often email and message on weekends which creates a culture of always on Very old school approach to management and little trust in their teams Feedback to senior management is impossible, they don’t want to hear it or will come at you for speaking up
