Pros
Mediacurrent has a very inclusive culture that encourages employees to learn new technologies and take risks. There is a lot of opportunity to grow on the job, and the entire team is extremely knowledgeable.
Cons
Like most agencies it is fast-paced, but management really does care about employees' workloads and strives to help everyone find balance.
