Pros
Lots of opportunities for taking on big projects if you are proactive and independent. Very creative environment where almost anything can happen. Wonderful and supportive coworkers.
Cons
Salary is not so high, but pretty normal for a non-profit cultural institution. Everything at the end of the day has to go through the directors, so the power structure is not as horizontal as it should be.
