Pros
The product is very interesting. The indsutry is innovative and fun to work in. The co-workers (excluding management) are nice.
Cons
- Micro-management style. - You get hired for a role and they throw out-of-ordinary tasks and un-reachable KPIs on you. - No company culture what so ever... Nothing... - Transparency within the company si not there... so many things we're said to us and never happened and we got no explanation to them. If you are joining the Team in France than the above might not be so accurate but if you are joining the UK team or even more particularly a Revenue Org position, I strongly advise against joining. It is extremely stressful due to the management style and I never saw any personal successes being praised in my over 1 year of being there. No room for growth as the company is small with no intention to really grow. Bonus was never paid due to company not reaching it's goals. Back to the un-reasonable KPIs I mentioned earlier...
