The team is small/ turnover is high. There is absolutely no structure or organization. They take on more than they can chew and exploit their staff. They expected us to work all hours of the day and night with no bonuses, raises, unlimited PTO (that was frowned upon to take) and horrible health insurance/ benefits. Some coworkers were extremely disrespectful and hard to work with. The president of the company is demeaning and shouldn’t be allowed to work with people. On multiple occasions she has publicly embarrassed and belittled staff, made insensitive comments and personally ridiculed me to tears. When major concerns for horrible working conditions such as burnout, deteriorating mental health, hostile coworkers and lack of diversity was brought to leaderships attention nothing was done. In response to my suggestion of starting a DE&I comity the CEO told me they will continue to hire the most qualified people and will not consider or prioritize diversity, equity or inclusion. I would not recommend working here.
