Pros
It's ran by personable well-meaning people and work-life balance is very good. Epic brings good pay and benefits... the positives end here.
Cons
Despite the charming front, favouritism and cliquism run deep. No matter how justified their concerns, those who speak up instead of helping push the trademark (toxic) MT positivity will have a much harder time with their career growth.
Weak indecisive leadership that can't take responsibility, grooming ICs into taking lead tasks on their shoulders, projects lost, no space for growth... a dead end place where you're constantly told that we're all such a special bunch and everything is going great.
I haven't known MediaTonic before Fall Guys, I don't know if it was different before.
