      Pleasant and unobtrusive with good benefits. Willing to invest in staff training. Efficient recruitment process. Low bureaucratic burden relative to equivalent federal employees.

      Cons

      Not very engaged with employees. Delegates employee oversight completely to Government contract holder. Opportunities for movement or advancement very limited. Compensation limited by Government policy, regardless of performance.

      Pros

      I've worked at MSC/Guidehouse for several years and I've had a great experience. As a government contractor, I've also been able to work with a great client team. I've been able to grow professionally and feel supported.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be difficult to juggle work for the government client and corporate required duties (training, reporting, etc.).

      Cons

      Low pay. I asked for a 10k raise making $50k and that was too much for them to do. Then had the nerve when to be upset when i put in my two weeks for a job that was giving me 75k lol sucks to suck doesn’t it. BD is an annoying requirement
