Pros
Environment is friendly, newer facility, everyone is nice for the most part
Cons
No training, if you don't get perfect by two weeks your fired. Very high stress environment with nurses being fired and employees resigning. Worst is patients are not managed well, at least four patients died (out of 15 beds total) during a one week interval- only care about money. One family realized we were taking poor care and threatened our floor, they did come on floor and it was scary to see them walk around. Yet employer didn't take any safety precautions against death and bomb threats. Will get in trouble if a minute overtime and make you stand next to time clock. Okay benefits, but would not recommend.
