Pros

- some director managers are great, most coworkers are great - remote work - started off as an amazing place to work, would've recommended anyone to work here until Craig left. now i wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy

Cons

- executive leadership is out of touch, secretive, and prioritizes bottom dollar over human value - very low base salary that does not increase at all regardless of tenure - commission structure is only set up to make good money if you are the top top top performers - technology constantly didn't work - Medical Solutions stripped away any comparable benefits that us recruiters could use to sell against competitors - onboarding and payroll were outsourced to another country to cut costs. this ended up adding more onto our plate because the team was smaller, not as experienced, and struggled to keep up with the corporate schedule MedSol expects - if your nurses get fired, quit, etc. you have practically no way to replace them other than double your output - this job left me in financial ruin. i tried to stick it out with hopes of improvements and for my amazing coworkers. ended up making less than $60k in 2025 working 55-60 hours per week to try to get to the higher commission levels. - even though you are remote, your salary doesn't reflect cost of living in your area. had to get a second job to pay my bills (and they frowned upon that)

I’ve had the opportunity to work with and interact closely with the HR team, and I can honestly say they are one of the strongest groups I’ve experienced in my career. They are responsive, thoughtful, professional, and genuinely care about employees while also supporting the business in a balanced and practical way. What stands out most is their willingness to listen, communicate transparently, and stay engaged during both good times and challenging moments. They don’t just operate as a policy function that they work hard to create connection, solve problems, support leaders, and improve the employee experience overall. The team is approachable, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement. Whether it’s talent development, employee relations, benefits support, onboarding, or leadership coaching, they consistently show up with a positive attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset. No organization is perfect, but this HR team truly cares, works hard, and strives to do the right thing for people and the company.

Cons

Overall, the HR team is supportive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping employees and leaders navigate challenges. They work hard, communicate well, and care about creating a positive employee experience. Like many growing organizations, there are times when processes can feel a bit inconsistent or slower than expected, especially during periods of change or high volume. However, the team is receptive to feedback and continues to evolve and improve. What stands out most is that the people in HR are approachable, well-intentioned, and willing to partner to find solutions rather than simply enforce policy.
