If you are doing what you should be you mostly get left alone. Good starter job but long term you can make much more money pretty much anywhere else. Work life balance is good but you don't get paid enough to do anything.

pay is not good, sales can take a while, commission structure is not great. Internal management is clueless about the day to day of a rep.
