Pros
The pay is more than fair. Every day is different, so it's not monotonous. Easy to get time off when my kids have an event or I have an appointment. Training is on-going and Pharmacists are always there when you need them, and always willing to train and help you. Boss is willing to get whatever you need to make your job easier/better.
Cons
Boss doesn't like confrontation, so when an employee takes advantage of him, everyone suffers. Some people seem to come and go as they please and then adjust their hours to make it look like they're never late to arrive or early to leave. One employee is extremely difficult to work with and is allowed to be moody and dramatic with no accountability.
