      Small and agile, few people to discuss.

      Cons

      Decision of senior management is over ridden by owners wife who is also working in company. There is nepotism and not understand the market they operate in. Strategic Planning absent, always subjected to existing stock and future planned purchase whereby commitment from customer is verbal.

      The individuals I work with from time to time here are top notch, the best, most wonderful people ever. We're talking Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Professional Services, Marketing, all of them.
