Would not recommend to anyone - Marketing Executive Medicspot Employee Review

Thanks for your comments. We pride ourselves on the flexibility we give to people with working from home as well as from abroad. We appreciate the constructive feedback, however, we believe many of the comments are not reflective of the culture at Medicspot. We do not have 2 calls a day, rather, we have a biweekly standup on Monday and Thursdays. All team members are encouraged to give feedback on the team rhythm and the general request has been to have more meetings, not less. We empower people to say no to meetings to give them the space for deep work. No threats were made about job security. We understand the recent redundancy process was difficult but this should not be conflated with threats about job security. We have recently hired a new People and Talent Lead who is working tirelessly to improve our HR and recruitment processes. We wish you all the best in the next step of your career.
