-Very fun, trustworthy, and tight knit team of intelligent, experienced people
-Small company with lots of opportunity to shine and expand skillsets. Diverse product offerings that are somewhat complex so you'll be learning (from smart people) unique skills and knowledge that will serve you the rest of your career
-Easy to stand out as all employee ideas are not just welcomed, but encouraged
-Unique patient targeting value prop that shows in the performance data (verified externally). They're selling and delivering a legitimately useful efficiency solution to clients
-There were some intense longstanding cultural problems (evident in prior reviews) that required a lot of work and turnover from the top down to fix, but to their credit they fixed them. Total cultural facelift over the past few years. Formerly high turnover has significantly stabilized
Cons
-A bit of a one-trick pony with the value prop. They've been working on diversifying products for a while, but they're going up against some industry behemoths in most of those spaces
-To the prior point, almost non-existent Marketing budget making longterm scaled adoption of most products an extremely uphill battle. Sales resources are subpar - purely relying on talent
-Great managers, but there isn't a ton they can do with compensation increases. Your best shot at a big increase staying in the company is to jump roles entirely if an opportunity arises, which is of course not something you can predict. Starting salaries are just average
