      Benefits are decent 401k and other perks

      Cons

      No one seems to know what is going on. Procedures change constantly. Communication is poor to non existent. Employees are treated like two year olds. Supervisors are demanding and rude. You work under extreme stress and pressure. Pay is very low scale.

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.
