Not great for developers - Software Developer Medifast Employee Review

No willingness to build things the right way, no architectural vision or support. Motivated developers are allowed to splash around in their own sandbox but don't get the resources they need to make any significant change. Many devs there get by with the minimum amount of work possible. Had one guy who was respected as the leader of our team but just stared at his phone and articles online all day. That guy would do nothing all day but insert himself into conversations with management. Had another guy who fell asleep in meetings. It's just not an environment for motivated developers who want to learn and make things better.
