      Pros

      Great company to work for if you want career advancement. There is always something new to learn with the rapid speed of growth! Everyone is super friendly and before Covid there were always fun activities to bring us together. They offer wonderful benefits and I LOVE that they offer tuition reimbursement. Great company to work for, and the location is an added bonus as well.

      Cons

      Company is growing so fast that communication is starting to lack. This is especially frustrating while none of us are currently in the office.

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.

      The work is currently fast-paced to meet the changes in the market.
