      Fun job, relaxed environment, enjoy talking with clients

      Cons

      Low pay for my level of education, and the program and foods were incredibly expensive for the clients. Franchises are now closed in my area so I'm not sure how much it differs now, not being under a franchise owner.

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.

      The work is currently fast-paced to meet the changes in the market.
