The people are great. The company allows employees a ton of freedom. As long as your work is done, and done well, the management really doesn't bother you at all. The department managers know their jobs, and the jobs of the people who work under them. It's almost like a family there.

The pay is pretty low, and they didn't have any type of retirement plan. They gave you "stock shares" every year, but couldn't tell you what they were worth, and you would only see any money from it if the owners decided to sell. There's very little room for advancement because it is a small company.

Decent pay to get by. Kind co workers.

Difficult keeping up with orders at times.
