Pros
A lot of flexibility and good life/work balance + nice gifts and events from the CSE (workers representative within the enterprise).
Shareholder plan.
Cons
Many people with no real experience in high level positions (most of them not able to speak good English). No strategy and scientific vision.
No real possibility for career growth and progress, in particular in the research department. Scientists with PhD work as technicians and are hired because of the incentives from the government.
