Disappointing - Catering Assistant Medirest Employee Review

Management are almost laughably bad and the site is constantly understaffed. Was in a serious accident and left in hospital for over a month earlier this year, after calling in and explaining the situation, manager still asked me to try to make my shift two days later and guilted me about low staff situation. Despite constantly being understaffed and me having worked there for several years, still no hope of being offered an even close to liveable part-time contract. TLs and other staff are amazing and work themselves to the bone, but management are a huge detriment to the company.
