Pros
The owner does not like people who take off from work. He does not like you to leave your desk, so the pro is you get free daily lunch from one of the same 5 places he chooses.
Cons
I think most of us that have left there have some sort of PTSD from our previous positions held. The owner can be extremely rude and condescending. He will talk to you like you're a piece of trash, which means you have to have some really thick skin. He will cuss at you, threaten you, and call you names. If you're a woman, he will expect more servant like duties from you (even if it's not apart of your job description). He will not hesitate to embarrass you in front of anyone or even a group of people, even if you do nothing wrong. I watched so many people get laid off without notice or a single write up, so there is no job security. The company does have a very high turnover rate. There is no work/home life balance. There will never be remote positions. I have never seen promotion within the company, meaning don't expect to be a receptionist or someone's assistant then do business development. If you have other job offers, I'd take one of the other offers.
