Pros
Great People and good Benefits.
Cons
The environment here is highly politicized. Many managers lack the necessary skills and rely heavily on micromanagement, which is driving high employee turnover. Unfortunately, upper management seems completely unbothered. Compensation is well below market value. Management constantly finds excuses to delay or interfere with promotions, and when you finally do get promoted, the salary increase is insulting. Additionally, the company relies heavily on international employees on work visas. It feels like a deliberate strategy to keep wages low, as these workers are tied to the company and have less leverage to push back against the unfair pay.
