Pros
Medius has grown a bunch in the past 4 years. The company has gone from being a niche player, to a market leader recognized by outside analysts. It is a great time to be at Medius if you are in sales. The Medius AP product is a fantastic solution that keeps getting better. One last word, Medius originated in Sweden, the Swedish influence on the company means a collaborative workforce that helps each other out. The culture is not found in many companies.
Cons
A fast growing company that is not what is once was - there is a lot of change, and things aren't the way it used to be. If you hold onto what it was like four years ago, it's not going to be the best place for you.
