Pros

Had some great coworkers, honestly, very hard to think of any pros. I’ve been in the pharmaceutical industry a long time, and this is by far the worst company!

Cons

If you are interviewing for sales position, read this carefully! When you are terminated, the company does not pay you on any earned commission before your termination date. I don’t think this is illegal, but it is very unethical and poor company values. I also heard reps who moved on to different companies and still didn’t get paid EARNED commissions. The company pockets your commissions. They are fully aware of this, and could absolutely care less. I guess why the turnover rate is extremely high here.

Cons

I would not trust the products manufactured here for myself or anyone I care about. During my time with the company, I observed what I believed to be significant quality, compliance, and management concerns that raised serious questions about operational integrity. Quality standards appeared inconsistent. There was a situation where a batch that did not received approval was seemingly replaced with next batch rather than adequately addressing the underlying issues. I also witnessed concerns regarding sample retention practices. In one instance, retain samples reportedly went missing and were later replaced with newly manufactured samples, a situation that, in my opinion, should have received far greater scrutiny and investigation. The culture starts at the top. Senior leadership often projected an image of exclusivity and superiority, with executives receiving special treatment while many employees felt overlooked and undervalued. Decisions driven by management’s personal preferences frequently resulted in unnecessary expenses while basic employee concerns were ignored. Favoritism and nepotism were common themes. Advancement opportunities, raises, promotions, and workplace flexibility often appeared tied more to personal relationships and family connections than to performance or qualifications. Employees were sometimes promised future opportunities or permanent positions, only to see those opportunities later given to outside hires or individuals with preferred connections. Several highly compensated individuals appeared to remain in leadership positions despite demonstrating poor performance or limited competence. The inconsistency in workplace policies was particularly frustrating. Many employees were told that remote work was not possible or not permitted for their roles, yet exceptions appeared to be made for individuals with personal connections to leadership. In my experience, these double standards reinforced the perception that the rules applied differently depending on who you were and who you knew. Work-life balance was poor. Employees were expected to work extended periods without adequate time off, while recognition and bonuses often failed to reflect actual contributions. Hard-working employees frequently received the same rewards as those who contributed far less, creating frustration and low morale. I was also troubled by stories shared among employees regarding inappropriate workplace behavior. Two cleaning staff members described incidents involving alleged sexual harassment by a member of management. One woman reportedly told coworkers that she had to physically defend herself after he entered the women’s restroom while she was alone. Whether formally reported or not, these stories contributed to a perception among employees that concerns about misconduct were not always taken seriously and that some individuals were protected from accountability. Overall, I cannot recommend this company as an employer. The combination of questionable operational practices, favoritism, poor leadership, broken promises, low morale, inconsistent policies, and concerns about workplace culture created an environment that I found deeply disappointing.
