Management is the worst in the industry. The president of the company has hired the entire crew he used to work with while he was at Boston Scientific in the over a decade ago. The compensation plan and leadership is that dated as well. The VP is significantly passive aggressive and will not listen to advice from his team. Promotion has come only to those that have worked with the President/VP in the past. There's been a multitude of false promises and missteps with product development and sales since the regime change five years ago.
