Pros
Medix really is a great place to work. It's extremely challenging and you end up putting in a lot of hours but it's really rewarding in the same respect. It's a base and commission structure so you will get heavily rewarded for the amount of work that you put in on a day to day. More than anything though....it's just a really fun place to work. Everyone is really young and gets along really, really well. It's nice to have fun and be able to let loose a little when you are working as much as you do. It's a really good team environment and just the overall culture here is amazing.
Cons
I'm not going to lie...you do put in long hours. So if you are looking for a 9 - 5 job, this isn't for you. They are good about work/life balance but you will definitely end up working more than 40 hours a week. The technology here is a little behind but I know they are doing a major update this year so that problem should be alleviated.
