Compensation plan is the most complex and convoluted one imaginable. It's intentional. The result is paying the bare minimum in net commissions. Independent thinking is strongly discouraged. You must parrot the company line at all times. You will be heavily micro-managed. Company has a poor reputation in the market. Ethical clouds hang overhead.
