a) VERY Poor Communication by Scrum master and Manager. b) Expect you to hit the ground running effective immediately as they perceive that they are paying you premium. c) Watch out for the scrum master's pets and gangbangers d) No work life balance e) Very horrible experience for contractors - Have seen them getting fired in 7 days notice period. f)They have benefitted hugely from WFH and average each employee working for 12 hrs per day. g)Scrum Master/BA often gang up and stay stafe ,quickly assigning blame to employees and manipulate things as per their choices. h)Expect to stretch especially in Covid times.
