1. Hell level politics . 2. Inexperienced people at higher positions has made company an inhospitable place. Insults developers in open for nothing.You are never admired for your work done in open but insults come openly.These inexperienced , first-time authority getter people in company will doom the company soon.The culture of company is pathetic. 3.No hygiene . Desk dusty . Systems dusty . You are provided with brushes to clean yourself. 4.Claims herself a product based company but under the hood just a client based company . You would often hear words like "Client is asking this and that". 5.No health Insurances , though the company claims to be into HEALTHCARE. 6.They have a notion that they paying handsome salary but actually they are paying below market standards.They will keep 10% of your salary to be given in name of Performance at the end of the year . This depends upon them whether you get it or by how much percentage. 7.No cab , no laptops , no food facility.A blunt infra company. 8.Five days a week but you are forced to come on SAT SUN most of the time. Leave policies are hell . No work-life balance 9.Appraisals are pathetic and delayed . Appraisal rules change daily . 10.Their product, so-called, is a great failure. No downloads . No user base . No real clients
