Pros

The best thing in MedStreaming is the team leads and how they are cooperative, helpful and good managers. They do their best to improve each one of their team members giving them the appropriate experience by raising the difficulty of tasks so as to be aware of most of the infrastructure of the system. Flexible time. sometimes it's good but after a while it will be not because as a part of Egypt team when you are a senior you will be required to follow up with the US team and the your Juniors who are part of the Egypt team

Cons

Management is so bad. because most of them are in the US and don't know alot about Egypt. only one is in Egypt. sometimes there are projects requires alot of work in no time that makes u work more than 15 hrs a day Flexible time. sometimes it's good but after a while it will be not because as a part of Egypt team when you are a senior you will be required to follow up with the US team and the your Juniors who are part of the Egypt team

Pros

helpful responsive and patient team members. Flexible working conditions. Lots of opportunities to grow and learn. Learning tutorials created by supervisor helped in performing the required tasks. Also, really liked how management implemented a certain time period for employee questions.

Cons

Not for inexperienced or result school graduates. Lots of questions come up and sometimes everyone is so busy, that you have to wait to get the answers you seek. unless you are a extremely quick learner. The multitude of the tasks could be overwhelming at time. Prospective employees should be capable of being flexible and able to multi-task and be able to work well on their own whether on-site or remotely.
