Pros
Great for getting hands on BLS care and learning the basics of being an EMT even though the majority is IFT you will still get that hands on practice that you wish for your on going career.
Cons
If you are someone that wants to pursue a career as a fireman or paramedic like myself I would imagine that you want to run calls in and out to get all the experience you need, unfortunately this is not the company that will run calls all day or night but you still are gonna get a handful of calls that will fulfill those hands on experience needs
