Pros
Meek's was a family owned and run company for almost 100 years. They really cared about their employees.
Cons
It has since been purchased by a large investment group and is now a very corporate environment. Almost all of the original Meek's employees were let go. Change can be very sad sometimes. I have no idea about the current career opportunities after 2019.
