Pros
1. Meesho's work culture is inclusive and maintains a high density of talented candidates across several premium institutes. 2. Work life balance is okay, obviously sale days are hectic but fun to work with intense sale excitement. 3. Compensations are one of the best in the market. 4. Great managers and exciting problem statements to work with. Everyone is supportive and mutual respect is there.
Cons
1. Compensations could have been better compared to junior positions in recent times. No proper incentives and good hikes are there for senior folks after the IPO. Base compensations should be higher for senior positions and variable pays should also be better. 2. No Stock options till reaching SDE 3+ positions meaning lower hikes and less incentives for hard work as base compensation won't increase much. 3. No other additional benefits are there apart from salary. 4. No work from home policy and every WFHs are monitored internally. 5. No additional incentives for participating in hiring drives, HRs should be considerate. 6. Lately hikes are not good enough for market benchmarks considering the huge success of IPO. Current ATC calculation has also broken trust of employees and reduced incentives for best performers.
