Pros
Great and talented Co Workers. Amazing content and opportunities to be the best in the industry. Interactions with many celebs. Great content that can be used to promote the company. Love that they are mentoring younger talent and helping them grow.
Cons
The lack of an actual trained HR head has the company in shambles. Employees join and barely stay for more than a week. Those that do stay for more than two months are told their efforts aren't enough and have their salaries reduced. Employees leaving due to the lack of clarity, end up having to beg and plead for months to get salaries outstanding which could be a minimum of one to two months pending payments.
Over and above there's is a very backward trend on having to document each hour of the day in the morning before work, a meeting to discuss whether you managed to fulfill any tasks documented and lastly an end of the day msg that needs to be sent about what the whole days tasks actually were. Meetings are normally always resked and for any failures to such tasks, instant salaries are docked.
Thanks to a lack of HR, staff are pitted against each other, openly humiliated, irrespective of the staff not being wrong, followed but constant reminders. No blame is taken by the higher management and tasks could take weeks to finish, based on the hundreds of approvals and meetings required, half of which based on changed opinions are deemed a wasted effort.
Job roles are created by the employee and then responsibilities are added or taken away, and has no bearing on the job role applied for to begin with, and years of experience is totally disregarded or ridiculed, considering the menial jobs your are actually asked to do.
And lastly thanks to weekly if not daily changes, rules are implemented and sent out on a paper to be signed by employees and to become part of their daily tasks, adding to their already confused workload.
