Pros
Everyone I worked with on a day to day basis was awesome. My manager was incredible and did a great job building a team with personalities that meshed well. Hours were super flexible, and I had pretty much complete control over what I created which gave me the chance to learn and work in a variety of different styles. Benefits were pretty decent compared to what I've had in the past and the fella running HR is amazing and incredibly helpful.
Cons
Things move slowly and the work got incredibly tedious. Some parts of management were a mess and the engineering team was spread far too thin to really be able to address a lot of glaring issues with the product. There was very little oversight which could get a little frustrating on certain projects. There is no room for career growth and the pay was pretty abysmal for the location and industry.
