Pros
+ Completely Remote + Salary Arrives on Time
Cons
- C-Level executives are laughably bad. I've seen a fairly recent review here that mentions that the company operates like a frat house. That is completely and undoubtedly true. An even older review mention that the CEO is condescendingly rude and self-centered, also true. The main C-Level executives are all egotistical individuals that like to abuse their leverage over rank & file employees. - Their social media pages really like to glaze the fact that this company has amazing work culture. This is all false and is so far away from the truth. The company spends more money & effort in keeping up a pristine appearance rather than actually having one. "Company-wide" Townhalls are actually open only to the privileged "elite" (the C-Level executives' and their favorites). Keeping the "status quo" is more prioritized over actual employee welfare. They also delete reviews from sites such as these (had personal experience with this where they deleted an old review half a year after it was posted.) - Overseas labor is heavily abused and compensation is discriminatory. Large efforts go towards making sure foreign employees are paid as little as possible and receive as few benefits as possible. Some C-Level executives (despite being foreign themselves) are greatly encouraged to ensure this. If you are not a U.S. citizen and are willing to report to their Pittsburgh office, do not even consider applying. - Be prepared to struggle with tools and knowledge/learning support. The company will absolutely not provide any assistance in giving you the information you need to work efficiently and you will have a hard time figuring out how the company's archaic processes are set up. You will also not have access to expected tools such as a working suite of general office and management programs/accounts, let alone any specialized ones such as Adobe, etc. The company is too cheap to shell out for their employees and expect the employees instead to do it for the company.
