- There is literally zero company-initiated effort to improve the skills of their staff. - This is not an exaggeration-- a lot of people in the upper management are hard to work with. A LOT. - Super low wage for the work I am expected to deliver every week. No benefits, minimal paid leaves (AS IN). - There is no incentive to overperform, so why bother? - I feel like they don't really care about their employees. To illustrate, I and a lot of people I know in this company have not had our contract renewed after the trial period. Aside from that, the company keeps hiring new people instead of actually giving out raises and incentives to their employees.
