      Pittsburgh is a great city to work in the video game industry. WAY more affordable than most tech cities like San Francisco. Office is in decent area and free parking. Team is talented and personable. Casual but not un-professional environment. Projects are exciting to work on. Chance to grow and learn based on interests and skills. Fair pay.

      Cons

      Benefits are fine, but could be better. Onboarding could've been handled better.
