Good Experience but poor management - System Administrator Megalink Employee Review

No one is guiding you, you can do whatever you want , in short you need to learn by yourself. Request for IT equipments takes too long, Poor management. You will be shock that they are new policy and guidelines without informing the employee, multiple OT's no work and life balance, you need to work on the day since the clients are banks , and you need also to work on evening since there are a lot of issues happening also at night, there are a lot of urgent request.
