Had really hopes coming here, unfortunately it’s a mess and I can’t see the company retaining clients if it continues this way. There’s no structure, a lack of support and leadership. Everyone is working around the clock (literally), and the quality of work presented is so poor as everyone is so stretched thin - no one can give the amount of care and attention needed for the client. Some great new people trying their best, but I can’t see the company changing their ways. It’s profits over anything. I wouldn’t work here, even if you were desperate.
