Apologies for the delayed response; I recently gained access to Glassdoor and am now addressing reviews from my tenure as CEO. Your review on May 18th coincided with my third day in the role, and during a challenging time at Megaport.
I hope you've observed the significant improvements in our communication and company environment since then. I encourage you to provide an updated review to reflect your current views after the extensive changes over the past six months.
I'm grateful for your recognition of the supportive colleagues at Megaport. However, I'm concerned about the lack of recognition for efforts and the unease surrounding restructuring.
To better acknowledge and value our team’s hard work, we've initiated measures like our recent 'Legends Awards,' details of which you can find in my LinkedIn posts. Ensuring every team member feels recognized and appreciated is a top priority. As for the restructuring, we've made significant strides in turning the business around, evidenced by our recent cash flow positive results and our outlook for FY24.
Your emphasis on valuing people over EBITDA truly resonates. Our team is our greatest asset, and our commitment to this principle is unwavering.
