      Most of the co-workers are good to work with.

      Cons

      A few of the them are a little immature though. Allow people to use them, believe everything they say, etc.

      Pros

      Management is willing to work with you on any project, training is available internally and externally. Flexible hours, Work from home is available to a certain extent. Daily fresh baked treats by the in-house Chef and weekly lunches provided my Management.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times when we are under the wire to meet deadlines. CEO can become frustrated when targets are not being met.
