I worked as work from home recruiter. Person called manish, manav, contacted me for the same telling about company policies.Makes you work very very hard more than the hours mentioned by them and finally doesnt pay salary too then... when you ask about salary simply they start telling you some non sense reasons and wont pay... starting when you join they would promise that they are very big firm spread across india and international level there wont be a issue of salary and other things and when your 1 month completes and you ask your salary they would count all your mistakes and settles telling you cannot get salary for that reason. I got to know about other recruiters also that they did not get there salary and incentives too which was promised to them working with them. He ends up saying only when the client will pay i can pay you and keeps you waiting saying this for months... kindly dont join this firm its a fraud company located in delhi... its megma services pvt ltd
