They'll lie about pay to get you to do what they need. Then take zero accountability for anything. Will reduce your hours if you can't do the shifts they want you to do, although They'll ask you first what your availability is, then give you some days that are not on your availability. Be wary if you go to them. Watch your payslips, they're snakes.

An extremely supportive work environment where everyone is happy to help out and give guidance. Extremely understanding and empathetic to any personal issues that may arise, and provide an absolutely amazing service.

No real issues so far. Can sometimes be a bit chaotic but no worse than anywhere else.
