      Pros

      They'll hire anyone, it's a good and bad thing.

      Cons

      Because Meijer is not competitive with pay and benefits compared to other jobs in the region they hire more problems than workers. Corporate doesn't address problems with distribution. Nothing is done to retain good workers. Union is useless.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
