      Pros

      The managers I had were very good at working the schedule aorund your personal time. Most people I worked with were generally nice. THe department I worked in had great hours.

      Cons

      Upper Management tended to ignore you and your opinions. There was a lot of favoritism. I was often asked to work off the clock.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
