Pros

The work is quite easy. Coworkers overall seem very nice. Not micromanaged while working.

Cons

MOST of management has no idea what's going on. There's a guy who was fired then rehired. He's in a more "lead" position. Orders pizza to the back room and eats it and hides it. Vapes in the cooler whenever he wants. This is who management wanted back. He's been at the heart of a number of employee problems over the months. There is one employee who consistently berates and yells at fellow co workers because she's "stressed" She should have been fired years ago but is in the "clique" with some management. Don't get sick, they truly don't care. Even if in ER with Dr note. You essentially have to do many of the department lead things when they have off. No additional pay. If you are sick, you still pick peoples orders which seems very unsafe for the customer. Had an employee who had surgery recently. They were vomiting and not recovering well. They called off. Management called back saying they would be fired if they didn't show up. They were vomiting amongst other things.

Pros

Direct coworkers were great to work with. I also enjoyed being left to do my work and not babysat by management.

Cons

Management doesn't know what they are doing. Resets and floor plans were regularly not done properly. The store I worked at has a skeleton crew so I never got help (but was expected to stop everything I'm going to go help other departments/areas). Also meaning good luck to any customers needing help, especially when I was the only person working my area of the store, so when I wasn't there, no one was. Management also regularly disappeared into the offices or were on vacation. Also was terminated for reasons outside my control even though I was told they look at the reasons for attendance incidents before termination. Never got to get the FMLA or accommodation to my doctors before being terminated two days after I requested them. Didn't bother asking for a raise either. I did multiple times and got nothing.
