Guaranteed 5 hours of overtime, good compensation, raises, vacation time and benefits for management. Promote from within after they realized hiring from the streets was a miserable failure.

Meijer itself does not care enough about team members. Therefore they don’t care about Meijer which leaves management picking up all the slack and then expected to work at a level of achievement that is basically you taking on multiple roles to keep your partner afloat. Not many managers advocate for their team and the ones that do are targeted.
