Pros
Less red tape than larger organisations. Learnt a lot about HR and contracts as there was no HR presence and no real legal team.
Cons
Management Team infighting. Cash poor. Singapore has too much control of the ANZ business. No HR presence. Asian style of people management. Staff culture got worse the past few years. Team leaders not in the office that much. Big hours and weekends expected.
